Delhi Police arrests four including two drivers of Delhi businessmen in Vasant Kunj armed robery of Rs. 30 lakhs

The Delhi Police arrested four men including two of the victim’s drivers in the farmhouse armed loot case of Vasant Kunj where the Delhi businessman was looted at gunpoint of Rs. 30 lakhs.
The two drivers have been identified as Satendar Singh, 35, and Anil, 54 and their accomplices, Santosh Tripathi, 40, and Shammi, 49.
As per the case details, victim, Karan Chopra, was with his family at his farmhouse. A man posing as a delivery boy knocked on his door. When he opened the door, men barged in and pointed a gun on his head. They took whatever money and jewellery was at the farmhouse. Then they took Chopra to his office on MG Road in Gurgaon in his own car to take out more cash.
The police stated that Rs 6.6 lakh of the stolen amount has been recovered from the four accused — Rs 3.15 lakh from Satendar; Rs 95,000 from Anil; Rs 1.95 lakh from Santosh; and Rs 10,000 from Shammi.
DCP (Southwest) Amit Goel stated that two drivers were the mastermind behind the robbery. The two knew everything about the amount of cash that was kept at both the victim’s house and his office. They called in the other two accused to help.
