DELHI POLICE ARREST ONE WANTED IN NINE CASES OF HARYANA

The Delhi Police arrested an alleged murderer from Sonipat in Haryana who was wanted in eight cases of murder in the national capital.

The accused was identified as Rajnish alias Bholu Pandit alias Mitta from Sonipat in Haryana. 

The police said that Rajnish alongwith his co-associates committed crime in Narela which was reported to police in November 2020 under Sections 336, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.  

The police had received information that he was allegedly roaming in the area to commit felony. 

The police recovered one stolen motorcycle, one country made pistol and two live cartridges from the possession of above mugger.

According to the police, a woman resident of Narela in Delhi had eported that two unknown boys came on bike and asked about her husband, thereafter fired in the air and ran away. During the course of investigation, one accused namely Rajbir a resident of Bhorgarh village in Delhi was arrested in November 2020 who had threatened  the husband of complainant to face dire consequences after a spat took place between them. 

During the course of interrogation, above arrested accused disclosed that to avenge the spat he had directed accused Himanshu to fire upon the house of complainant after which the latter was arrested by police. 

During the interrogation, Himanshu alias Sagar disclosed that his friend Rajnish had opened fire on the house of complainant.With the arrest of the accused, the Delhi Police could detect nine cases of murder, violence and more in Haryana.
