Woman's body parts found in dumped suitcases on a train in Indore

The Group Railway Protection found the suitcase with body parts; some parts are still missing

New Delhi, June 10

The GRP in Madhya Pradesh recovered an unidentified woman's body cut into two pieces, with her hands and legs missing, and stuffed in two bags in a train in Indore. 

The police suspect the woman was murdered at some other place and the body was dumped in the train on June 8 night. 

The police stated that the body was recovered from Dr Ambedkar Nagar-Indore passenger train. The deceased, who was yet to be identified, was believed to be in the age group of 20 to 25 years, added police. 

The Dr Ambedkar Nagar-Indore train reached here on Saturday night and after the passengers alighted, the train was moved to the yard for maintenance when the staffers noticed the dumped suitcases. 

The police are trying to identify the woman from the list of missing women, CCTV footage and more.
