New Delhi, March 20
The Central Shooting Team of Border Security Force is participating in the All India Police Shooting Competition, being organized from 19th to 22nd March 2025 at Tamil Nadu Police Academy, Chennai.
The competition brings together top shooters from CAPF and State police organisation across the country to showcase their skills and compete for excellence in various shooting events.
BSF team won following medals
(i) Rifle 200 yard Kneeling
Gold- Constable Ramniwas, BSF with new meet record (97/100)
Silver- HC Rankesh Singh, BSF
(ii) Pistol

- Snap - 50 yard
Silver - Constable Ravindra, BSF
Constable Ravindra played Tie shot against his opponent from CRPF in the event of Attack 40 to 30 yard running and secured the Gold. He also played Tie Shot Twice against his opponent from SPG in the event of Snap -50 yard and secured Silver medal.
