A country-made bomb exploded in Siddipet of Telangana injuring a man who was trying to tie his cattle in a field.
The man, Khalil, lost his fingers and sustained injuries to his legs and is currently undergoing treatment.
The police stated that the explosion occurred while they were hammering nails into the ground to tie the cattle with ropes. The incident caused a commotion in the area.
It is suspected that the country-made bombs may have been placed by hunters to trap wild boars.
The police have launched an investigation into the incident.
