Gurugram police arrests a fraud who set up online store, duped people

The accused had created a website named ‘credit mart’ to sell grocery items at cheap prices to dupe people

New Delhi, November 25

The Gurugram police arrested a fraud who set up an online store and conned people on the pretext of selling grocery.

The police identified the man as Jackie Hejron, native of Bihar. He was arrested from the Riddhi Siddhi Society at Sector 99.

The police stated that the accused had created a website named ‘credit mart’ to sell grocery items at cheap prices to dupe people. He used to take payment but did not deliver any goods.The police found complaints against him at the Pratibimb portal of Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C). 

The police found that eight complaints of fraud in various states, including West Bengal, Bihar, and Andhra Pradesh.
