Lift in a high rise building shot upwards due to malfunctioning injuring three persons

A lift of a high-rise in Noida shot upward and crashed to the top floor of the building injuring three people.
The incident took place at Paras Tierea Society in Sector 137, Noida.
The police stated that they rushed to the spot including the fire services after receiving a emergency call. Three people inside the lift. The lift brakes malfunctioned and the lift shot upwards at the top floor breaking the roof.
The lift was on the fourth floor of Tower 5 when its brakes failed and it ascended rapidly to reach the 25th floor.
The police added that all the persons were rescued with the help of fire services.
