US national dies by suicide at his residence in Greater Noida

A 45-year-old US national who had been living in Greater Noida allegedly died by suicide.
The deceased was identified as Anthony Christopher a resident at Mahagun Mywoods Society and worked for an NGO. He has been residing with his Indian wife since 2020.
His wife, Salutina, is a lawyer and the couple has a 1.5-year-old son, the police said.
The police stated that he took an extreme step at around 8pm on October 10. However, no suicide note was found from the spot.
The reason for the suicide is not known yet. The forensic team and other senior officials have collected evidence from the spot, police added.
The police have informed the US Embassy about the death of Christopher.
