BSF hosts ICF Chennai teachers and students at ICP Petrapole

New Delhi, June 1
The Border Security Force (BSF) of 145 Battalion under South Bengal Frontier welcomed 68 students and 08 teachers from the Railway Integral Coach Factory (ICF) in Perambur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, for an enlightening tour at ICP Petrapole.
During their visit, the students and teachers explored the entire premises of ICP and closely observed the daily duties of the dedicated BSF jawans. They also had the opportunity to interact with the jawans. Later, the Railway team witnessed the impressive Retreat Ceremony Parade, which showcased the discipline and valor of the BSF.
The students and teachers from Railway ICF expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the memorable event and the honor bestowed upon them by the BSF.
The BSF organizes such events periodically at the border. The primary objective of these events is to engage and inspire the youth, fostering a sense of patriotism and pride within them. He further emphasized that these events also aim to enhance awareness and enthusiasm among students regarding India's security forces.
