BSF seizes 45 kg Ganja, apprehends three Bangladeshi nationals from Agartala railway station

New Delhi, June 13
The Border Security Force (BSF) of BOP Boxanagar under Sepahijela district apprehended an Indian national and recovered 48 kg of Ganja from his possession.
In joint ops with GRPS Agartala & Ambassa, BSF troops apprehended three BD nationals from Agartala and Ambassa Railway station respectively. Apprehended BD nationals were residents of Khulna & Netrakona district of Bangladesh.
In a separate operation on specific information BSF troops of BOP Koylatilla under Sepahijela district carried out operation in hinderhand and seized 01 Mahindrs Bolero pick up vehicle loaded with 275 mobile phones of various brands worth Rs 65 Lakhs.
BSF has intensified operation both on border and hinderland to prevent exfitration/ infiltration and trans border crime, said officials.
