Delhi Crime Branch cracks attempt to murder case of Delhi Police constable

The Delhi Crime Branch cracked the attempt to murder case of a constable of Delhi Police who was attacked in Sonipat of Haryana.
The accused have been identified as Sushil alias Shila Pahalwan (39) of Sonipat, Haryana and Shilak Ram (50) from Panipat, Haryana.
As per the case details, a PCR call was received at Sonipat City Police station regarding firing upon a Delhi Police Head Constable Parveen in the area of Ashok Nagar, Sonipat, Haryana was received. Injured was shifted to the hospital.
A QST was issued by the Haryana Police regarding the vehicle used in the commission of crime and alleged accused persons in the offense.
The officials said that based on the technical surveillance, a trap was laid near Samalkha, Panipat, Haryana and two were held. After the arrest, they also confessed to the crime during their interrogation.
During the course of interrogation, accused persons disclosed that one of their close associate named Rajesh Nain alias Raju had personal enmity with the victim. They along with main accused Rajesh Nain and others named Bijender and Babla reached at the house of the victim to kill him. When the victim opened the gate of his house, alleged Rajesh fired upon him and they fled away from the spot. To evade their arrest, they were hiding in the area of Samalkha, Panipat, Haryana.
