New Delhi, April 16

A group of men allegedly opened fire at Haryana Police personnel in Jhajjar district and fled from the spot.

The incident took place at Kuldeep chowk on Badli road in Jhajjar district.

The police said the accused attempted to escape the police checking at the checkpost and even attempted to run over a few policemen.

According to the police, police team of Jhajjar city police station comprising ASI Satpal, Head constable Rajkumar, and Constables Naresh, Sunil and Sanjay had set up a checkpost to check suspected vehicles and persons movement.
