J&K Police releases sketches of four wanted terrorists, announced cash reward

The announcement was made by Kathua police seeking public assistance to combat the rising threat.

The Jammu and Kashmir Police have released the sketches of four terrorists who were last seen in Dhoks of Malhar, Bani, and Seojdhar of Kathua district.

The announcement was made by Kathua police seeking public assistance to combat the rising threat.

The police through a post announced a cash reward of Rs. 5 lakhs. 

The police in a post on X said, “Kathua Police releases sketches of four terrorists who were last seen in the dhoks of Malhar, Bani, and Seojdhar. A reward of 05 lakhs was given to each terrorist for actionable information. Anyone with credible information about terrorists will also be suitably rewarded”. 

Since the start of this year, 14 terror attacks have taken place across six districts of the otherwise peaceful Jammu region which have resulted in the deaths of 27 people, including 11 security personnel, a village defense guard, and five terrorists.
