New Delhi, May 24
A man driving a car ran over a gas agency operator in Jhansi and after hitting him once, he again hit him while reversing his car.
The speeding car dragged him for a few feet as the vehicle reversed and later moved forward.
The CCTV footage of the incident shows, the gas agency operator falls down on the road in the Premganj Colony area when the car hits him while it reverses. The man is then dragged by the car while he screams in pain.
As passers-by hear his screams, they rush towards him and the driver then moves his car forward. The bleeding man who is lying on the road is dragged again for a few feet when the car moves forward.
He was rushed to a hospital where his condition remains critical.
The police have registered a case against the car driver and grabbed the CCTV footage.
