Sanjeev Mukhiya, the mastermind behind NEET paper leak found involved in five other major exam leaks

The gang was behind paper leaks in the Bihar teachers' recruitment exam, Haryana veterinary doctor recruitment exam, Haryana English teachers' recruitment exam, UP police constable recruitment scam, CTET and RO ARO exam

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probing the NEET paper leak case have found that Sanjeev Kumar ‘Mukhiya’, was also involved in as many as five major paper leak cases.

Mukhiya's gang was spread across Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan. The gang was behind paper leaks in the Bihar teachers' recruitment exam, Haryana veterinary doctor recruitment exam, Haryana English teachers' recruitment exam, UP police constable recruitment scam, CTET and RO ARO exam.

Investigation has revealed that the group that leaked the Uttar Pradesh constable recruitment paper and the NEET-UG paper were connected to each other.

The investigation documents also reveal the modus operandi of the Sanjeev Mukhiya gang and how they leaked exam papers. Mukhiya's son, Dr Shiv Kumar, alias Bittu, is also part of the 'solver gang'.

Mukhiya used to make solvers sit in various exams held in the country wearing Bluetooth devices. In fact, Mukhiya personally used to come to Delhi to buy Bluetooth devices. He has experts who can break sealed boxes containing exam papers in a way that tampering can't be caught with the naked eye.

For the UP constable exam, Dr Shubham Mandal, a member of Sanjeev Mukhiya's gang, was sent from Patna to Ahmedabad to break a box containing the exam papers.

The main accused in UP Police constable exam paper, Ravi Atri had confessed that  Mukhiya was an "old player" in leaking exam papers. The groups of Ravi Atri and Sanjeev Mukhiya are connected to each other.

He had also confessed to Uttar Pradesh Police that the mastermind of the Bihar teachers' recruitment paper leak was Sanjeev Mukhiya and his son Shiv.
