Three labourers from UP held for entering Parliament building wth forged Aadhar cards

The probe shows that they were hired by Dee Vee Projects Limited and engaged in the construction of the MP's lounge inside the Parliament complex

New Delhi, June 7

The Delhi Police arrested three labourers from Uttar Pradesh were arrested after they attempted to enter the high-security Parliament complex by using forged Aadhaar cards.

The accused were identified as Kasim, Monis and Soyeb. The trio were intercepted and detained by CISF personnel at the flap gate entry of Parliament House while standing in a queue for security check.

When the accused presented their Aadhaar cards to the CISF personnel, they found the documents doubtful. When the cards were sent for further scrutiny, they were found to be forged.

The probe shows that they were hired by Dee Vee Projects Limited and engaged in the construction of the MP's lounge inside the Parliament complex.

The police have booked them under Section 465 (forgery), Section 419 (cheating by personation), Section 120B (criminal conspiracy), Section 471 (using as genuine a forged document) and Section 468 (forgery for purpose of cheating) of the Indian Penal Code. 

The CISF recently took over the entire security of Parliament complex by replacing the CRPF and Delhi Police contingents
