Tihar jail official suspended after his viral video emerges dancing with a pistol

The prisons department has suspended a Tihar Jail official for misconduct after a video showing him dancing at a party while brandishing a pistol surfaced on social media.
Deepak Sharma is currently posted as an Assistant Superintendent at the Mandoli Prison.
He was reportedly seen dancing to the Bollywood song 'Khalnayak Hoon Main' with a pistol in his hand, along with three others.
In the 18-second video clip, Sharma can be seen dancing at a function with other people with his revolver in one hand. After some time, Sharma can be purportedly seen pointing the gun at the man in front of him before moving it down a few seconds later.
The prisons officials stated that the department after carefully reviewing, decided to take immediate action in response to viral video and suspended Deepak Sharma, Assistant Superintendent, presently posted in Mandoli Central Jail No. 15.
The Prison Department has also initiated an inquiry led by the Superintendent into the matter
