Delhi Police Commissioner Sachidanand Shrivastava released a video appealing to the citizens in the national capital to compulsory wear N95 or three layered masks with the second wave of Covid cases increasing in the city. The CP also told citizens to stay away from markets, malls, social functions and other occassions where large number of people gather.
