IPS Santosh Singh, SP Bilaspur is an award winning IPS officer whose campaign 'Nijaat' (liberation) credited with 30 Best Smart Policing Initiatives in the country by BPR&D. He is an IACP award winner for the same campaign. He has also won FICCI SMART Policing award and awarded by former Vice President of India for child friendly police station.
