BSF seized huge cache of arms and ammunition from Ferozepur sector

New Delhi, October 28

The Border Security Force (BSF) seized a huge cache of arms and ammunition from Ferozepur sector of Punjab.

The BSF informed that in the evening of October 27, 136 battalion of Sector Ferozpur in Punjab recovered a bag during search near the zero line.

The force has seized three AK 47 rifles with six empty magazines, three mini AK 47 rifles with five empty magazines, three pistols (Beretta type) with six empty magazines. 

in addition to that, 200 rounds ammunition (100 rounds of the rifle, and 100 rounds of the pistol) have also been seized. 

The BSF has also informed Punjab Police on the operation, officials said.
