Delhi police begins probe on a viral video assaulting men calling them 'Bangladeshis'

The video circulating on social media shows a disturbing scene where a group of men are seen following and assaulting several individuals.

The Delhi Police has launched a probe following the videos of a group of men assaulting some people and calling them "Bangladeshi" that went viral on the social media.

The police are trying to determine the location where the alleged assault took place.

The video circulating on social media shows a disturbing scene where a group of men are seen assaulting several individuals. The attackers, who appear to be acting as a mob, can be heard accusing their victims of being Bangladeshis.

Some of the men were also carrying sticks and hitting the victims, asking them to leave the area. They also hurled abuse at them.

It has also come to the fore that one of the assailants in the video is suspected to be the same individual involved in the assault on Kanhaiya Kumar before the general elections in northeast Delhi. However, law enforcement is currently in the process of verifying these claims.
