Delhi Sub-Inspector's son stabbed to death over a dispute with neighbours

A Delhi Police sub-inspector’s son was stabbed to death allegedly by his neighbours after an altercation over installing a drainpipe outside his house in Faridabad.
The police said the victim Pankaj Nagar was a resident of Tigaon village and ran a small property business. The police have arrested four of the accused so far.
According to the complaint lodged by the victim’s relative Sonu Nagar, an altercation took place between his family members identified as Pankaj, Nitin, Vikas and Manish and a neighbour’s family identified as Pawan, Rahul, his father Naresh, Naresh’s wife Shimla, Dharamveer and Lalaram over the discharge from a water pipe.
The two houses share a boundary wall. The heated arguments turned ugly and the accused allegedly attacked Pankaj.
The cop’s family in their complaint mentioned that the six attacked them with bricks, following which they went to Tigaon police station to report the incident.
However, the matter did not end there. Pankaj was allegedly threatened by Pawan and Rahul of dire consequences.
The complaint further stated that after a few hours, when Pankaj was going on his motorcycle all the six accused accosted him as per a planned conspiracy. They were carrying knives and sticks. Pawan shouted and asked them to kill Pankaj. They all took turns to stab him. He was stabbed in the chest, stomach and hands.
Pankaj was rushed to a nearby private hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival, officials added.
The police have registered an FIR under IPC sections 302 (murder), 120-B (conspiracy), 148 (rioting), 149 (unlawful assembly) and 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) at Tigaon police station.
