A 17-year-old boy has been apprehended for allegedly stabbing another minor to death after an argument in North Delhi’s Timarpur area.
The police had received a PCR call was that a boy lying injured on the footpath at Lancer Road near Mayor House in Timarpur.
The police found a male with a stab wound to his left chest and blood stains around the scene.
The deceased was later identified as a 16-year-old domestic help from Bihar’s who had been working in the area for the past one week.
The police analysed of local intelligence and footage from 25 CCTV cameras around the crime scene and identified the minor suspect.
During interrogation, he confessed that an argument had escalated into a violent altercation with the victim, leading him to stab the victim. Thr accused worked as delivery boy.
The police recovered a blood-stained knife as well as clothes worn by him during the crime.
