A speeding SUV thrashed a man injured in a street scuffle while walking on a road.
A viral video captured the incident where he was seen flying in the air. The driver is yet to be traced.
The Noida police stated that the victim was identified as Saurabh, 24 who sustained a head injury. His condition is reported to be stable.
According to police, a scuffle broke out between two groups near Sector 53. The dispute between the two parties happened over some comments on Instagram.
The victim told police that he had gone to meet a friend in Noida along with his younger brother when the incident happened. When he reached there he allegedly saw a group of men fighting with his friend. They turned out to be same who had earlier filed a case against victim and group but that was quashed over lack of evidence.
The police have filed a case has been registered at Sector 24 police station for rash driving, causing hurt, and criminal intimidation.
