New Delhi, January 28
A four-storey building collapsed Oscar Public School in Burari on January 27 evening. 12 people have been rescued.
Two minors- a six-year-old and 14-year old girl were rescued first.
The Delhi Fire Services (DFS maintained that multiple people are feared trapped under the debris.
The police said the incident took place in a recently-constructed building at Kaushik Enclave. They received a PCR call. The DDMA (District Disaster Management Authority) and NDRF (National Disaster Response Force) were pressed into action.
The fire services and police carried out the rescue operations till night. The police are probing the case to ascertain the cause of collapse.
