Man crushed to death at a metro station in Delhi while trying to cross the platform

New Delhi, November 30

A young man of 22 years was crushed to death by a Delhi Metro train while he was crossing the track. 

The incident occurred while he was crossing the tracks at Qutab Minar Metro Station on November 12. The identity of the deceased is yet not clear. However, the name ‘Sunil’ was tattooed on his right forearm.

A video came to the fore on social media where a man was seen stuck to a metro with his torso. He was wearing a yellow shirt and after a few minutes, he was seen succumbing to the incident. 

The police stated his body taken to the mortuary of AIIMS Trauma Centre.
