New Delhi, January 13
Two young men died after the motorcycle they were riding on rammed into a truck at Mahadev Chowk in Northwest Delhi’s Rohini.
The victims were later identified as Akash, 18, Subhash, 26, and Sanjay, 20. Subhash and Sanjay were declared dead during treatment, and Akash is undergoing treatment.
The police said the three men were returning from Murthal, two of them died, and the third is undergoing treatment at a hospital.
Police received a PCR call at around 4.20 am at the Shahbad Dairy Police Station regarding an accident. After the call, police and Emergency Response Vehicle (ERV) staff reached the spot and found that the injured had been shifted to a hospital. They found an abandoned bike bearing a Delhi number at the location.
The police said Akash was unfit for statement. The police have lodged a case for a detailed probe.
