Two terrorists were killed, and a police officer was injured during an encounter in Baramulla in Jammu and Kashmir.
The encounter between terrorists and security forces broke out in the Sopore area of Baramulla. The deceased terrorists are yet to be identified.
The police stated one terrorist was killed in an encounter with security forces in Bandipora district on June 17. The gunfight broke out after security forces launched a cordon and search operation in the Aragam area of the district on June 16 night following information about the presence of terrorists there.
