BSF apprehends two Bangladeshi women at Indo Bangladesh border
One was handed over to BGB as goodwill gesture another was handed over to police

The Border Security Force (BSF) intercepted one Bangladeshi national (female), hailing from Naogoan District of Bangladesh. S
She was apprehended while crossing international border illegally in the district Jalpaiguri (West Bengal), BSF informed.
The troops found two mobile phones from her possession and further handed over to 51 BGB through flag meeting as a goodwill gesture.
In another case, in the evening of 20th January 2025, alert BSF jawans apprehended one girl from Bangladesh while crossing international border from the border area of village Gosaipur, district Dakhin Dinajpur, West Bengal. She couldn't tell her whereabouts and further handed over to police for further investigations.
