New Delhi, September 2
The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) begun constable recruitment for 1130 vacant posts in the force.
The CISF issued an official notification that states, "Candidates are advised, in their own interest, to submit online applications well before the closing date and not to wait until the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection, inability, or failure to log in due to heavy load on the website during the closing days."
They must have passed Class 12 or hold an equivalent qualification with a science subject from a recognised board or university.
The selection process for the CISF constable positions involves multiple stages:
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST): Candidates must pass these physical assessments to move forward in the selection process.
Document Verification (DV): Those who pass the PET and PST will undergo a document verification process.
Written examination: Successful candidates will then take a written examination conducted in either OMR or Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The test will consist of one objective-type paper featuring 100 multiple-choice questions, each worth one mark. The examination will be available in both English and Hindi, and there will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
The officials said that the eligible and interested candidates can now apply by visiting the official CISF website- cisfrectt.cisf.gov.in.
The application window will remain open until September 30, so applicants are encouraged to submit their applications early to avoid potential issues with heavy online traffic as the deadline approaches, added officials.
