DCW issues notice to Delhi Police to register case against a woman for allegedly posting obscene videos on social media with her son

The Delhi Commission for Women(DCW) issues notice to Delhi Police to register case against a woman for allegedly posting obscene videos on social media with her son.
DCW Chief, Swati Maliwal Stated that the DCW has taken suo motto cognizance of a a set of obscene videos of a woman with her minor son that has gone viral on social media.
Maliwal has written to Delhi Police CyPad to register a FIR, investigate the case and file the action taken report by July 23. She has also asked report on Child Welfare Commission where the child would be produced in the matter.
The letter stated that, in the video a lady can be seen dancing in an extremely provocative way with a 10-12 year old male child whome she calls her son. The lady performs such activities which can be termed as sexual activities with a child. In the video, child has been made to dance inappropriately, grabbing the lady and making sexual gestures.
The DCW has asked the police to file a case under the POCSO Act and IT Act against the woman. The DCW has also urged the cyber crime department to ensure the videos are taken off the internet.
