DG ITBP inaugurates first LMO plant and mental healthcare centre ‘Sankalp’

ITBP Referral Hospital, Greater Noida, will soon be developed into a teaching hospital, further enhancing medical training and healthcare services for the force : ITBP

New Delhi, May 5

The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) has established its first Liquid Medical Oxygen (LMO) plant at the Referral Hospital, Greater Noida, ensuring self-reliant oxygen supply and strengthening emergency medical care. 

Alongside, the Mental Healthcare Centre ‘Sankalp’ has been inaugurated to provide mental health support for ITBP personnel and their families, ITBP said. 

On this occasion, DG ITBP, Rahul Rasgotra commended the hospital’s medical services and announced that ITBP Referral Hospital, Greater Noida, will soon be developed into a teaching hospital, further enhancing medical training and healthcare services for the force.

The event was attended by ADG (Medical) Dr. Vinod Kumar, IG (Medical) Dr. Balraj Begra, Director (Medical) Dr. Lingraj, DIG (Medical) Dr. Vivek Mathur, and other senior officers.
