Gurugram Police arrests two boys, seizes three cars for performing stunts recklessly on road

New Delhi, October 30

The Gurugram Police seized three cars that were allegedly found performing stunts recklessly in high speed 

The police arrested accused identified as Sandeep Rana and Vasu and seized a Mahindra Thar, Swift, and Creta. The police traced them through the vehicle’s number and they zeroed in on the accused. 

A video surfaced on social media of them driving around near Cyber City on October 23. The videos were uploaded online but deleted later. The video circulating on social media showed the drivers near the Rapid Metro station and beneath an underpass driving at high speed

The police also collected CCTV footage that corrobarated their reckless act. 

The police stated that the drivers were seen aggressively overtaking other vehicles, demonstrating a complete disregard for safety. The police have registered an FIR under IPC sections 279, 336, 283 and 39/192(1) of the Motor Vehicles (MV) Act.
