Happy Passian is an absconder in the NIA case registered on 1st October 2024 in connection with the hand grenade attack carried out on a house in sector 10/D, Chandigarh. The case was registered at the NIA Police Station New Delhi under sections 13 & 16 of UA (P) Act, section(s) 109, 351(2), 333 & 61 of BNS, and sections 3, 4, 5 & 6 of Explosive Substance Act 1908.
