Punjab Govt transfres 22 IPS officers- Naunihal Singh is the new ADG Vigilance, SPS Parmar ADG (Law and Order)

The government has completely reshuffled the Range DIGs in the state

New Delhi, September 30

In a big reshuffle, the Punjab Government transferred 22 IPS officers appointing new additional DGPs and new CPs in cities. 

The government has appointed senior IPS officer, Naunihal Singh as ADGP, Internal Vigilance Cell and SPS Parmar as ADGP Law and Order. 

Gurpreet Singh Bhullar takes charge as Commissioner of Police and Dhanpreet Kaur assume the role of IG, Ludhiana Range.

The government has completely reshuffled the Range DIGs in the state.

Mandeep Singh Sidhu is now DIG, Patiala Range; Ranjit Singh Dhillon as DIG, Ferozepur Range; Satinder Singh as DIG, Border Range; Ajay Maluja as DIG, STF Bathinda;, Harcharan Singh Bhullar as DIG, Bathinda Range and Ashwani Kapur as DIG, Faridkot Range.

Harjit Singh has been appointed as DIG, Vigilance Bureau; J Elanchezhian as DIG, Counter Intelligence; and Alka Meena as DIG, Personnel. Harmanbir Singh Gill takes over as Joint Director, MRS, PPA Phillaur, with Sukhwant Singh Gill as DIG, Intelligence-I, and Vivek Sheel Soni as Commandant, 75th Battalion, PAP Jalandhar. 

Ajay Gandhi has been posted as Moga SSP. Ankur Gupta is the new DCP, Law and Order, Jalandhar; Shubham Agarwal as DCP, Investigation, Ludhiana; Abhimanyu Rana as DCP City, Amritsar; and Aditya as DCP, Headquarters, Jalandhar.
