Delhi EOW arrested two directors of a company who duped investors in the name big music events

Delhi EOW arrested two directors of a company who duped investors in the name big music events.
The accused were identified as Arjun Jain from Chhatarpur and Aman Kumar from New Friends Colony in Delhi. The accuse dhave been booked under sections 406/420/120B IPC.
The EOW stated that Arjun Jain is the proprietor in the firm Whitefox India as well as Director in M/s Vamos Entertaiment Pvt Ltd. Aman Kumar is also one of the directors in the company.
Both the accused persons are engaged in organising music events including Global Music Celebrities. Both the accused induced the complainant to invest in the alleged firm for music events with a promise of 50% return on their investment, officials said.
They further told the complainant that they were organizing a music event involving “Justin Bieber & William Morris Endeavour” famous International artists. On the inducement of the accused persons complainant invested Rs. 5 Cr. However no such event was organized by the accused persons
According to the EOW, they induced the complainant to invest in their company on the pretext of lucrative return. After taking investment from the complainant the accused persons neither organized the event as promised no refunded the principal amount received from the complainant. They diverted the said fund in their bank accounts for their personal use and thus cheated the complainant.
The EOW is further investigating the case.
