Delhi Police Special Cell held three proclaimed.offenders who were carrying rewards on their names

The Delhi Police Special Cell launched a special drive against proclaimed offenders who were absconding from arrest and on whom suitable rewards were declared by Delhi Police for effecting their arrests.
The special cell arrested three proclaimed offenders in three different operations.
OPERATION 1
A wanted criminal namely Anirudh Malik S/o from najafgarh who was involved in a sensational murder case of Paschim Vihar (West) was arrested. The other accused Abhijeet Malik and Aakash were arrested by the police but Anirudh Malik has been absconding and concealing his arrest. A reward of Rs. One Lac was declared upon his arrest by Delhi Police.
Anirudh Malik alongwith his brother Abhijeet Malik and his accomplice Akash Yadav and Vikash was involved in firing incident at Daljeet Rana in his office at Bhaira Enclave, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi,over their personal enmity. Victim later succumbed to the gun shot injuries.
During his interrogation Anirudh Malik disclosed that he started a business of car sale-purchase at Dwarka, where his uncle Daljeet Rana used to come alongwith Naveen (criminal) for borrowing cars from him on various occasions. Once his uncle asked for a car but he refused him, for which a heated argument ensued between them. Over time their enmity grew many folds. Anirudh Malik and his younger brother Abhijeet Malik already had a dispute with Daljeet over financial matter. Both of them alongwith their driver Aakash fired on Daljeet Rana at his office in Paschim Vihar who later succumbed to the gun shot injury. In order to avenge the murder of Daljeet Rana his younger brother Deepak somehow managed to locate Anirudh Malik and opened fire at him near Sonha, Gurugram. Anirudh Malik sustained injury in his right arm but somehow managed to escape and a case in this regard has been registered at PS Civil Line, Gurugram. Ever since then, accused Anirudh Malik has been dodging the police by using dongle and VPN so that his location could not be traced.
OPERATION 2
An absconding accused Sumit Dagar who was wanted in a murder case was held.
As per rhe case details, there was a dispute between Sudhir (Brother of Sumit Dagar) and Jitender over the issue of RTV transport and therefore they wanted to teach a lesson to Jitender. They previously had threatened Jitender with dire consequences and to stay away from RTV business. In 2018, Jitender Singh along with his uncle Rajbir Singh were refueling CNG in Jitender’s bus, when accused persons Sumit Dagar and Sudhir Dagar along with their associate Monu, came and fired indiscriminately at Jitender due to which he succumbed to the bullet injuries. The accused person also fired on Rajbir Singh, but he luckily survived. Three accused had already been arrested in the matter but, Sumit Dagar was absconding in the case and he was declared Proclaimed offender in the case.
Earlier, Sumit Dagar and seven of his associates, barged into the office of the then MLA Bharat Singh at Raghubir Enclave, Near Dichaon Bus Stand, NajafGarh, and fired on Bharat Singh with intention to kill him. Bharat Singh was injured with life threatening gun-shot injuries. The accused were arrested in the case. During course of trial accused Sumit Dagar was granted bail but he did not comply the bail terms and did not join the court proceedings. Therefore he was declared PO by the sessions court.
OPERATION 3
A rewarded proclaimed offender in NDPS case identified as Javed Khan alias Rakesh from Bareilly, UP was arrested. He was arrested u/s 41.1 Cr.P.C. and sent to Judicial Custody after producing him before the Court of Law.
The accused person was previously arrested in a narcotic drug seizure case. A cash reward of Rs. one lakh was declared by Delhi Police upon his arrest.
In 2014, two persons namely Dharam Raj and Chander Chekhar were arrested while supplying 1.50 KG Heroin. During investigation, both the accused persons disclosed the involvement of Javed Khan @ Rakesh as the mastermind of the cartel. Later, he was arrested by Special Cell and recovery of about 830 gms. Heroin was affected from his house on his instance. After completion of the investigation, charge sheet was filed.
During trial of the case, accused Javed Khan was granted bail in 2018 and thereafter, he never appeared before the trial court. The trial Court declared him proclaimed offender and later, a cash reward of Rs. one lakh was declared by Delhi CP on his arrest. Since then, he has been evading his arrest.
