PCR MOBILE PATROL VAN STAF REUNITED A MISSING FEMALE CHILD WITH HER FAMILY

New Delhi, March 12

The PCR (police control room) van staff found a missing girl child in distress at Rohini who was rescued and reunited with her family.

DCP (PCR) Esha Pandey stated that the child was reunited with her family as the PCR duty staff showed quick response and alertness to trace the child and made efforts to find her family.

The PCR van had received a call that a female child has been spotted in a distressed condition at Rohini Sector 7 near Vijay Vihar Phase 2. The PCR van rushed to spot and found the child. 

The child whose age was disclosed later to be of three years couldn't give her address to the police. The child was taken in the PCR van.

The PCR started searching for her parents in the nearby areas and enquiry was also conducted with local residents. The PCR MPV staff announced through PA System of MPV. 

During the search operation, when MPV staff reached near Vijay Vihar Phase-2, a lady approached the MPV staff and identified the girl as her daughter. The child also recognized her mother. She was handed over to her mother in the presence of local police.
