Delhi Police Dwarka District held one for blackmarketing of oxygen cylinders

Delhi Police Dwarka District held one for blackmarketing of oxygen cylinders. The special task force of Dwarka police nailed down the blackmarketer on a specific information on hoarding of oxygen cylinders.

The accused was identified as Mohit from Daffodils Apartments in Sector 6 Dwarka. 

The police stated there was specific input that the accused who would arrive near CNG Pump Sector 23 Dwarka Delhi by i-10 car at about 8:30 PM for selling some of the oxygen cylinders. 

The police a trap laid at the CNG pump. At about 8:55 pm one i-10 car No DL-8CAP-5486 white colour came from Sector 9 Dwarka side and stopped near the informer. The driver of the car showed him three cylinders kept on the rear seat of the car. Once the motive of the accused was ascertained to sell these cylinders for illicit profit, the police team apprehended him with these three oxygen-filled cylinders kept in the car. 

According to police, one more large size oxygen-filled cylinder was recovered. It was also revealed that he illegally procured the said cylinders from one Rajesh of Naraina.

The police seized the other hoarded oxygen cylinders as well his car used to transport hoarded cylinders.

The police have booked the accused under Section 420 of the IPC and other relevant sections.
