Delhi Police organises special lecture of motivational speaker Deepak Chopra
New Delhi, July 1
The Police Families Welfare Society PFWS and Delhi Police organised a lecture and interaction session by an eminent motivational speaker and renowned author Deepak Chopra on ‘Stress Management and Well-Being in High-Pressure Jobs’.
The programme was presided over by Sanjay Arora, Commissioner of Police, Delhi and Ritu Arora, President, PFWS.
The lecture was held to address and resolve the stress causing factors to mitigate mental stress level among police personnel as police personnel work under a testing and stressful environment and a frequent exposure to the same makes them vulnerable to certain mental and physical diseases.
An interactive session was also held after the lecture during which police personnel of all ranks were able to interact and raise their queries and questions on dealing with high pressure jobs.
Sanjay Arora, Commissioner of Police, Delhi and Ritu Arora, President, PFWS felicitated the guest by presenting him a memento.
Spl. CsP, Jt. CsP, Addl. CsP, DCsP remained present at the session. The programme was also broadcasted live on social media handles of Delhi Police.
