THe Delhi Police North West District arrested four who had allegedly kidnapped a placement agent. The agent used to recruit ward boys for hospitals in Delhi
The accused were identified as Deepak Kumar (23) from Rohini, Delhi, Shyam Sunder Sharma (29) from Rohini Delhi, Gopi Kishan (22) from Nizamuddin Village, Delhi and Naveen Negi (26) from Badarpur, Delhi.
As per the case details, on April 15 at 10:08 PM a PCR call regarding the kidnapping of the caller’s brother Sahil Saxena (34) was received in Mahendra Park police station. The police staff reached at the spot and recorded the statement of Chitra Saxena.
In her statement, she disclosed that her husband Sahil Saxena works as Placement agent and on April 14 at around 8 PM, she received a call from one- Naveen Negi, who was known to her husband for last two years. Both of them were engaged in placing ward boys in hospitals. On April 15, at about 10.00 Sahil Saxena talked to Naveen Negi on phone and told him to come with the boys at 10.30 PM at Gate no 2 Moolchand Hospital and meet with one Sonu Malhotra.
The officials added that after that, at about 11.00 AM Sahil Saxena (Victim) left for Moolchand hospital from his house. After that complainant Chitra Saxena received a phone call from her husband Sahil Saxena where he had told her that he had come to Moolchand Hospital and Naveen Negi alongwith his friends forcibily took him to Firozabad and demanding money.
The police further said that Sahil Saxena told her to deposit Rs.50000/- in his account. After that the complainant Chitra Saxena transferred Rs 25000 in his husband’s account and again Rs 50000 was got transferred in the account of Sahil Saxena (Victim). After that Chitra Saxena tried to call her husband but his phone came switched off.
During the course of investigation, the call details of victim and alleged persons were analysed. On the basis of their location, a raiding team was prepared immediately and they acted swiftly to nab the culprits from Aligarh. The alccused were nabbed and victim was safely restored with his family.
The police added that all the four aaccused persons disclosed their involvement in this case. There were many money related transactions between the alleged persons and the victim. The accused wanted to get back their money given to victim, by kidnapping him.
The police seized one car Tata Altroz with registration number UP 881 CQ 9144 from the possession of the accused.
