Explosion occurs near a mosque in Beed of Maharashtra, police arrest two

New Delhi, March 31
An explosion occurred near a mosque using gelatin in Maharashtra’s Beed district. The primary probe suggests that explosion may have been the result of a personal dispute.
The police have arrested two people in the matter.
The village sarpanch alerted the police prompting a Quick Response Team (QRT), and forensic experts, launched an immediate investigation. The Bomb Disposal Squad was also deployed to analyse the blast site.
The arrested individuals are currently in police custody at Talwada police station, with charges filed against them.
The police and district administration have urged the public to refrain from any disruptive activities.
