Rohini school receives bomb threat, turns out to be a hoax
PCR call was received from Venkateshwar Global School in Rohini regarding an email threatening a bomb blast
New Delhi, November 30
A day after a low intensity blast was witnessed nar PVR in Rohini of Delhi, school received a bomb threat.
The police informed that a PCR call was received from Venkateshwar Global School at around 10:55 on November 29 regarding a bomb threat mail.
The police stated that on receiving the call, senior officers and staff immediately reached the Spot. Further, BDTS, Dog Squad, Fire Brigade, Special Cell, Cyber Cell, Special Branch staff also reached the School.
The school was evacuated by the school management and a thorough check was carried out in the school by the BDS. Nothing suspicious was found. However, the source of the threat mail is being verified, officials further added.
