The Delhi Police Outer North District arrested within 24 hours in a murder case.

The main accused has been identified as Mukesh (32) from Bhiwani, Haryana, who had illicit relations with the wife of deceased. All the five accused Mukesh Walia (32) and Farzana (35) (both residents of Munirka, Delhi) and Sachin (19), Vikas (20) years all residents of Swaroop Nagar were arrested within 48 hours of registration of FIR.

As per the case details, an unknown dead body was found on April 4 in the area of Samaypur Badli.

According to police, a PCR call was received  regarding an unknown male body lying in the bushes near lower GTK Road, Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, Badli, Delhi, was received in PS SP Badli.  It was discovered that victim was around 35 years old male without any identification clue and had head injury with smashed face. A case of Murder was instantly registered and investigation was taken up.  
The police said that the foremost challenge was to identify the dead body.  The team was divided in two parts.  One police team was assigned the task of scanning CCTVs, collection and analysis of mobile phones data and e-surveillance support and the other party was tasked to comb the crime spot physically within a radius of 500 mtrs.

The officials added that while inspecting the crime spot during investigation, the team noticed presence of a lady with a child roaming in the area in a suspicious manner. First, the team observed their movements and then immediately detained them and interrogated about their motive and presence. During initial questioning, she tried to mislead the investigating team, however, on sustained questioning, she disclosed her name as Farzana (name changed) and her son Ahmed (name changed) a minor (both residents of Munirka, Delhi). She enquired about her husband (the deceased), who has been identified as Wasi Ahmad of Munirka.

The police stated that she was interrogated at length and she disclosed that, she came to the spot along with her son and another person Mukesh Walia, who left the place seeing the police in action. The police was immediately tasked to nab Mukesh Walia.  The police nabbed him from Munirka, Delhi and he disclosed himself to be a resident of Bhiwani.  
The police further said that during the interrogation, he spilled the beans and confessed to have killed Wasi Ahmad in connivance with Farzana (name changed) and three other boys of Swaroop Nagar, Delhi namely Sachin, Vikash. He further disclosed that he along with Sachin and Vishal used to work together with the deceased in Mahipalpur area as body massagers.  Mukesh (the main accused) and Farzana (name changed) the victim’s wife entered into illicit relationship when the deceased was admitted in a drug rehabilitation centre in UP.  In the absence of the deceased, the main accused Mukesh started living with the wife of the deceased along with her three children at her house in Munirka.  All the three children were born out of first husband of Farzana. The deceased returned from rehabilitation centre around three months back and started objecting to the illicit affair of his wife (now co-accused) and he often used to beat her. The accused Mukesh and Farzana planned to get rid of the deceased to continue their illicit relations.  

The police added that Mukesh and Farzana planned to kill the victim around Holi festival.  Mukesh contacted their associates Sachin, Vishal, Vikas and called them to a hotel in Mahipalpur.  On March 30, they stayed in the hotel and called the victim to join them in a party, but the deceased did not turn up.  Thereafter, Vishal refused to participate in killing of the deceased.

The accused again tried to execute their plan on April 2 where they again booked a hotel in Mahipalpur, Delhi, where the deceased turned up, but did not stay with them and booked a separate room for him. Due to mix up with hotel manager, they could not execute the plan on that day. 

The police further said that on April 3, late night, Farzana brought her husband to Swaroop Nagar, Delhi with another lady Anita (name changed) in an auto on the pretext that they have to give massage to a client. The role of Anita (name changed) is being verified.  Mukesh and three associates (Vikas, Sachin) followed them in a cab.  They reached the designated place before the auto and waited for the deceased to reach there. As the auto reached near CNG Pump on lower GTK Road, the deceased got down from the auto and joined the four accused, while his wife and another lady waited in the auto itself. All the four accused including a JCL took the deceased towards vacant area on the pretext of a client waiting there.  As they entered the bushy area, Sachin, Vikas
overpowered him with towels (gamcha) and pushed & pressed the victim to the ground. Mukesh hit him hard on the head with stones and smashed his face till death.
