In a unique step, a distinguished Dabbawala Dr. Pawan Agrawal delivered a motivational speech to the traffic police personnel. 

The event is organized by the Special Commissioner of Traffic, Zone-II  Ajay Chaudhry, IPS and DCP/Traffic Shashank Jaiswal, IPS. 

This event sought to foster a sense of camaraderie and inspire personnel through the exceptional story of the Dabawalas, known for their efficient lunch delivery system across the bustling city.

Known for their punctuality and efficiency in delivering lunch boxes across the bustling city, the dabbawalas serve as a remarkable example of dedication, teamwork, and resilience. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of these values, drawing parallels between the daily operations of the dabbawala system and the demanding responsibilities shouldered by traffic police personnel. 

Addressing the traffic police officers, the dabbawala acknowledged the critical role they play in maintaining order on the roads. He highlighted the shared objective of ensuring safety and efficiency in urban mobility, urging officers to view their roles as vital to the city’s development. Drawing on anecdotes from his experiences navigating the city's crowded streets, the dabbawala illustrated how perseverance, organization, and a positive mindset could lead to overcoming obstacles, both in the logistical complexities of food delivery and in the day-to-day challenges faced by traffic police.


The dabbawala's speech also touched upon the significance of community spirit.
